Noah Sadiki could make his first steps with the national team this Friday, September 6, 2024 against the Syli National of Guinea. The Saint-Gilloise midfielder, freshly selected in June by Sébastien Desabre, is more and more ready to discover the sensation of the Stade des Martyrs.

"Noah Sadiki is a 19-year-old who was selected for the U20s. Who is starting to play with Union Saint Gilloise. We included him during the last training camp to facilitate his integration in order to put him in the best possible position to facilitate his integration into the national team. He is more and more ready and very close. He has returned for the second time. So, he is part of the tactical plan. He is capable of either starting or entering the match," Desabre confided at a press conference.

Gradually rejuvenating the national team is this essential axis on which Desabre dwells. He is experiencing a cruising speed in productivity with in particular the early arrivals in senior of dual nationals such as Mbuku, Mukau and Sadiki. These three were spotted by Guy Bukasa and his staff in 2023 during the training camp organized in Rotterdam. The new approach to "charm" work initiated by Bukasa, the category's coach, lightens the workload which no longer runs too much behind the dual nationals in a situation whose patriotic values are quickly instilled.

In July, at the end of his pre-selection internship for young locals held in Kurara Mpova, Guy Bukasa reaffirmed to TOP Congo that "he collaborates with Sébastien Desabre in detecting talent across the country and finding dual nationals who stand out in their place of residence."

Noah, one of two surprises from the chef who represents the spitting image of the rejuvenation project initiated by the French technician when he took office in August 2022, made a strong choice by snubbing the Red Devils of Belgium.
